Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of TLDR ("the Service"), operated by KPilot (Marouan Hammami), based in Spain. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

TLDR is an AI-powered document analysis tool. You upload or paste documents (contracts, privacy policies, legal texts) and receive automated AI analysis including summaries, red flag detection, and recommendations.

2. Not Legal Advice

The Service does not provide legal advice. AI-generated analyses are informational only and should not replace consultation with a qualified legal professional. KPilot is not a law firm and does not practice law. You should not rely solely on TLDR's output when making legal decisions.

3. Account

  • You must provide a valid email address to create an account.
  • You are responsible for keeping your password secure.
  • You may delete your account at any time from the dashboard, which permanently removes all your data.

4. Free and Premium Tiers

  • Free tier: 2 document analyses per day, 1 follow-up question per document.
  • Premium tier: Unlimited documents, 25 follow-up questions per document.

We reserve the right to modify tier limits with reasonable notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
  • Upload content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes on third-party rights.
  • Attempt to access other users' data or interfere with the Service's operation.
  • Use automated tools to scrape or abuse the Service.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all documents you upload. AI-generated analyses are provided for your personal use. The TLDR brand, design, and code are the property of KPilot.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, KPilot is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to decisions made based on AI-generated analyses.

8. Service Availability

We aim to keep the Service available 24/7 but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend or modify the Service for maintenance, updates, or other reasons with reasonable notice when possible.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by deleting it from the dashboard.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Spain, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection provisions that may apply in your jurisdiction.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
